📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the global consolidated group • Support the financial statement audit providing technical accounting memos and calculations for complex transactions • Assist with building out internal controls and accounting processes in a global company to support audit requirements • Review journal entries and account reconciliations against supporting documentation to ensure accounting accuracy within the financial statements • Assist FP&A with forecasting process and recognition of revenue and expenses • Support day to day accounting operations by reviewing journal entries and providing management and support to staff as needed • Manage third party valuation experts on ASC 805 valuations for acquisitions • M&A accounting including net working capital, purchase accounting for asset and stock purchases • Equity accounting including stock based compensation, preferred equity, and warrants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CPA required • 6-8 years of accounting and/or finance experience • Minimum 3-4 years of “Big 4” public accounting experience. • 2+ years of accounting experience in an enterprise SaaS organization. • M&A (buy side and sell side) and Technical Accounting experience. • Experience with Workday ERP.
