📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the global consolidated group • Support the financial statement audit by providing technical accounting memos and calculations for complex transactions • Assist with building internal controls and accounting processes to support audit requirements • Review journal entries and account reconciliations against supporting documentation • Assist FP&A with forecasting and recognition of revenue and expenses • Support day-to-day accounting operations and provide management and support to staff as needed • Manage third-party valuation experts on ASC 805 valuations for acquisitions • Handle M&A accounting, including net working capital and purchase accounting for asset and stock purchases • Handle equity accounting, including stock-based compensation, preferred equity, and warrants • Work cross-functionally across the organization and report to the Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CPA required • 6–8 years of accounting and/or finance experience • Minimum 3–4 years of Big 4 public accounting experience • 2+ years of accounting experience in an enterprise SaaS organization • M&A experience, including buy-side and sell-side transactions • Technical accounting experience • Experience with Workday ERP • Experience with ASC 805 valuations, purchase accounting, equity accounting, stock-based compensation, preferred equity, and warrants
