📋 Description

• Develop and facilitate documentation of key processes supporting quarterly reporting and analysis • Assist with daily accounting operation tasks • Complete special projects • Assist with month-end and quarterly close • Work alongside Accounting Operations associates with professional day-to-day departmental work • Participate in internship learning and development activities, including networking, leader talks, career counseling, presentations, final presentations, and volunteering • Work Central or Eastern Time business hours • Attend occasional travel to corporate offices if required

🎯 Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline • Rising junior or rising senior status, with an approximate graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029 • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks during the summer • Experience with one or more of: Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, VBA, Denodo, or the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem • Candidate location in the Central or Eastern US time zone preferred, or willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours • Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States • No work visa sponsorship for this position or future full-time employment opportunities • Prior internship experience preferred • Balancing education and a part-time job during the school year preferred • Participation in university clubs preferred
