📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced Cyber Security associates • Assist with professional Cyber Security day-to-day work • Spend time with Security Operations, Engineering, and Governance teams • Gain exposure to enterprise cybersecurity operations and Security Operations Center functions • Support incident response and threat detection activities • Work with industry-leading security tools and technologies • Develop technical, analytical, and professional skills in a collaborative enterprise IT environment • Attend internship program activities including networking, leader talks, career counseling, presentations, volunteering, and final presentations • Attend an in-person event at one of the corporate offices during one week of the internship program • Work fully remote from any US-based location while working Central or Eastern Time hours • Travel occasionally to corporate offices if required

🎯 Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline • Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of December 2027-June 2029 • Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer • Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours • Basic understanding of information technology concepts, including networking and operating systems • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices • Ability to analyze information and identify patterns or anomalies • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Previous internship, work experience, or academic projects related to cybersecurity or information technology preferred • Familiarity with phishing, malware, endpoint security, authentication, and network security preferred • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or PowerShell preferred • Participation in cybersecurity clubs, competitions, labs, or Capture-the-Flag (CTF) activities preferred • Pursuit of entry-level cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or similar preferred • Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours if not located in those time zones
