📋 Description

• Support successful implementation of complex financial institution debit and/or credit projects through technical tasks and quality checks. • Lead client consultation on business and technical requirements and incorporate requirements into project plans. • Provide technical leadership and coordinate all phases of operational implementation of technical project deliverables. • Meet with clients to discuss complex project specifications and determine project options with clients and vendors. • Complete gap analyses to define system setup requirements. • Consult with clients on approaches to meet business requirements. • Communicate between client and vendor technical groups and data-map technical files between systems. • Execute project plans with client staff and vendors, ensuring technical tasks are accurate and timely. • Identify and report outstanding issues and assist with resolution. • Ensure implementation quality and communicate technical requirements to third-party vendors and internal project support teams. • Validate system parameters, conduct testing, and modify program parameters when necessary. • Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation phases. • Provide extended-hour post-implementation and occasional on-site support. • Follow change control and change management processes and help less-tenured consultants follow them. • Build relationships with clients and internal project stakeholders to deliver complex implementations. • Identify process improvements and assist with developing product/service requirement templates and procedures. • Train and mentor less-tenured Analysts. • Complete department project tasks and provide after-hours on-call support for installations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination experience and education is required. • Training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification preferred. • Seven (7) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required. • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services and processes required. • Five (5) years of related experience in business or system analysis required. • Three (3) years of client facing project support experience required. • Experience required completing card processing conversions that require migrating data from one processing platform to another. • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship. • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as indicated by the E-Verify and Right To Work requirements.
