📋 Description

• - Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous telemedicine (36 clinical hours/week) • - Treat a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid patients • - Collaborate with an internal network of subspecialists • - Utilize AI-powered workflows (scribe tools, automated routing, integrated notes) to maximize efficiency • - Contribute to building clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member

🎯 Requirements

• - 5–10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • - At least 1 year of telehealth experience - REQUIRED • - Licensed across multiple states covering ~40% of the U.S. population (including at least two of these states: CA, TX, FL, NY) • - U.S.-trained physician (MD/DO) - no Caribbean schools • - Comfortable with modern tech tools (Athena, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and interested in leveraging AI in clinical workflows • - Strong communicator with patients across video and written formats • - This is a unique opportunity for physicians who want meaningful clinical impact, flexibility, and the ability to help build a next-generation care model from the ground up.
