📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Cobalt’s Autonomous and Continuous pentesting portfolio • Align feature scope with customer value and measurable business outcomes • Track adoption and retention metrics • Lead continuous customer discovery and market validation • Translate complex user needs into actionable, validated product requirements • Own product features end-to-end from ideation and specification through execution, deployment, and post-launch evaluation • Challenge inefficient workflows and implement scalable product processes • Foster alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders • Provide executive-level visibility into roadmap progress, product decisions, and operational metrics • Document product decisions and operational information clearly • Serve as subject matter expert on continuous vulnerability management, AI-driven offensive security techniques, and automated pentesting workflows • Define and monitor success criteria • Evaluate product performance against business metrics and customer satisfaction outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience • 5+ years in cybersecurity products • Preferably 3+ years in offensive security • Proven track record in continuous product discovery, user research, and validating continuous or automated security offerings • Experience with autonomous, continuous, or security solutions, vulnerability management platforms, or related enterprise offensive security offerings • Strong proactive leadership capability • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical teams, leadership, and external customer audiences • Ability to explain highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-driven product decision-making • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience with agile software development • Experience working with global team members in a remote environment • Strong analytical capabilities is a plus
