📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages North Zone leadership • Drive profitable volume, revenue, transactions, mix, and share growth across the full Coca-Cola portfolio • Lead deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives across the assigned geography • Coach, influence, and support bottler execution excellence • Build executive-level relationships and provide strategic input to Joint Business Plans • Develop and activate contingency plans to protect annual business plan delivery • Expand territory potential through SOVI, Cold Drink Equipment, innovation execution, and category/commercial plans • Align Zone leadership, operations, sales, and frontline teams on priorities • Assess market potential and performance and recommend priorities and resource needs • Participate in weekly and monthly performance routines and track corrective actions • Manage assigned discretionary budgets and recommend investment trade-offs • Identify capability gaps, build capabilities, and share successful practices across bottlers • Integrate customer, channel, marketing, finance, and supply-chain inputs into territory execution agendas • Maintain regular in-market cadence across the North Zone • Foster continuous improvement and model The Coca-Cola Company leadership behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field • 7 or more years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations • Experience with business execution within an assigned market or geography • Success translating annual strategies into territory operating plans • Experience forecasting performance, managing customer or distributor relationships, and leading corrective actions • Strong commercial and financial judgment • Experience with revenue and operating P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling, and negotiation • Strong understanding of channel marketing, customer and outlet execution, syndicated research, and competitive analysis • Ability to combine data and frontline insights to identify execution priorities • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hire • Travel required: 26% - 50%
