• Identify, capitalize on, and negotiate opportunities to grow base business and increase sales • Optimize display space and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service • Assist with installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives • Create in-store disruption points to engage consumers with BODYARMOR, POWERADE, vitaminwater, and smartwater • Interact with store personnel and consumers as a brand ambassador • Provide in-depth product knowledge and insights • Execute sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs • Ensure customer compliance and maximize brand potential • Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and BASN Field team on sales and merchandising plans • Maintain product inventory levels and minimize out-of-stocks • Uphold company merchandising standards • Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities • Check date codes and manage account adherence to plan-o-grams • Replace decals or tags • Transport, build, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons • Use company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting • Analyze reports and leverage insights to drive in-store success
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required • Entry-level applicants without experience but willingness to learn considered; 0–2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service considered • Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling • Substantial local travel (approximately 75%) within identified territories • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a large territory and multitask across many stores • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills • Ability to communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities verbally and in writing, cross-functionally and through all levels of management • Willingness to understand and engage in BODYARMOR and POWERADE consumer activities • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands and their purpose • Able to lift 25–50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling • Willingness to work occasional off-hours/weekends as needed • Must have a personal vehicle • Must maintain an excellent driving record and valid driver’s license for work use • Willingness and ability to drive throughout the territory, including long distances • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring employment sponsorship
• Base pay of $45,000–$50,000 per year • Annual incentive reference value of 7.5% • Medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position • Company-provided technology • Equal opportunity employment
