• build and cultivate an empowered team culture for high performance and collaboration • ensure a successful execution of the commercial launch strategy with clear sales direction • facilitate effective business planning, customer targeting and account prioritization • empower the field team with clinical acumen regarding diabetes and insulin therapy • contribute to company objectives by meeting/exceeding sales goals and providing product training support • partner cross functionally to enhance customer experience with Sequel products • conduct regular field visits for coaching feedback • mentor new and junior RBL’s • lead national projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 8+ years field sales experience with a minimum of 5 years related industry sales experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, and managed care • demonstrated history of success leading a field sales team
