• Execute industry leading medical device B2C sales through complex sales techniques • Drive territory strategy to achieve yearly sales revenue targets • Support the Chicago territory for Cochlear • Engage with candidates and professional partners as the expert of Cochlear products • Implement local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies aimed at growing the market for Cochlear implantable technology • Plan and execute candidate growth events • Develop strategic community relationships as well as consumer support for professional partners • Manage, develop and inspire mentoring volunteers • Provide candidate communication through various channels • Report issues via Cochlear complaint management system and provide follow up and closure • Demonstrate sales and business acumen to identify market opportunities • Establish strong relationships with key people in the assigned territory • Ensure compliance with Cochlear policy, laws, and regulations in sales activities • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions • Collaborate with B2B teammates to educate on products • Execute sales and marketing initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 2-3 Years of Experience • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs • Current & valid drivers license • Must have access to a reliable vehicle • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance/manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and an ability to adjust communication and messaging to fit the audience • Demonstrated strong follow through on commitments and taking responsibility for actions and decisions • Approaches projects collaboratively, seeking varied inputs • Ability to identify solutions and challenge the status quo to deliver creative solutions • Proven ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment • Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, establish professional relationships, and communicate openly within the department and with cross functional teams
