📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software implementations at health system clients, from kickoff through post-live handoff • Own project timelines, milestones, risk tracking, and customer-facing status reporting • Run weekly customer standups and drive accountability across clinical, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders • Coordinate internal resources across engineering, integration, and product to keep implementations on track • Identify and escalate blockers early, with a recommended path forward • Produce clean handoff documentation so account teams can run independently post-go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations in healthcare • Strong working knowledge of EHR environments (Epic preferred) and clinical or revenue cycle workflows • Ability to triage technical blockers without escalating every question to engineering • Track record of holding timelines accountable across large, multi-stakeholder organizations • Clear, concise communicator, written and verbal • HL7 or LIS integration familiarity a plus • Revenue cycle, autonomous coding, or clinical AI experience a plus • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) preferred • Functional knowledge of the applications of artificial intelligence to create role-specific efficiency and automation • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
