📋 Description

• Set the internal operating rhythm, lead weekly full-team syncs and recurring senior-leadership huddles • Own the program's voice with the client and internal leadership through executive readouts, written updates, and progress tracking • Serve as primary contact for the client's program leadership on program-level matters • Adapt the engagement model as the partner organization evolves • Intervene with the client when requests are unreasonable and protect the team • Partner with Legal, Finance, and leadership to negotiate and close contract renewals • Maintain fluency in contract mechanics, redlines, rate structures, and budget tracking • Track program KPIs and course-correct when forecasts drift off track • Partner with recruiting on hiring strategy, screening criteria, and final hiring decisions • Resolve client leadership performance concerns about team members • Own and update onboarding curriculum; monitor team capacity and workload • Maintain program artifacts, reusable playbooks, tools, documentation, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Background in program/client delivery management, ideally within a staff-augmentation, matrix organization, consulting, or professional-services model • Comfort owning a portfolio of engagements without running any single one directly • Demonstrated executive stakeholder management with senior client-side executives (VP/Director+) and internal C-suite leadership • Strong, tone-adaptive communication • Informal leadership using trust and communication rather than positional authority • Experience creating and maintaining trackers, onboarding curricula, and playbooks • Ability to synthesize cross-functional information into clear, AI-augmented systems • Ability to negotiate and close SOWs, plan and account for headcount, manage KPI-based fee adjustments and delivery-model splits, and track budget burn • Ownership of program KPIs and proactive course-correction experience • High tolerance for ambiguity • Nice to have: experience scaling a distributed team • Nice to have: identifying expansion opportunities across an account portfolio • Nice to have: familiarity with generative AI tools in a creative or marketing context • Nice to have: background in agency operations, martech, or enterprise software adoption programs • Nice to have: experience partnering with a recruiting or talent team on a live hiring pipeline
