📋 Description

• Originate mortgage loans • Serve bilingual and underserved borrowers with suitable mortgage products • Structure and move mortgage deals through the lending process • Communicate lending-related topics clearly to borrowers and others • Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining organization and attention to detail • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Travel frequently as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience originating mortgage loans • Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent • Thorough understanding of mortgage lending fundamentals and regulations • Strong knowledge of mortgage products • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate lending related topics clearly and succinctly to others • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication • Strong organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work individually and as a team • Ability to keep and maintain pass requirements for SAFE ACT • Current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to become registered upon employment • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Frequent travel • Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times
