📋 Description

• Assist with all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions • Support field operations and business development personnel in generating proposals • Collaborate with Practice Leaders, business development, and operations team members • Collect and assist with developing proposal responses collaboratively or independently • Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others • Draft proposals using industry best practices, technical writing skills, and proposal-specific language • Participate in continuous process improvement, after-action reviews, proposal process scoring, and lessons-learned activities • Prepare RFP responses, Requests for Information, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification • Lead proposal development from creation through bid submission • Work under the direction of the Director, Proposal Support

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience required • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and producing proposals • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams • Ability to work flexible schedules, including extra hours to meet deadlines • Ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail, meet deadlines, and achieve high quality standards • Ability to understand and organize large volumes of information • Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills • Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates and comply with corporate standards • Team player willing to assist the team with a range of tasks • Initiates and maintains communications with supervisors and team members
