📋 Description

• Join the Advanced RF group leadership team in executing programs • Contribute to the technical aspects of winning new business • Represent the Advanced RF group in customer meetings • Lead technology development on Advanced RF Group programs as team lead • Individually contribute to technology development on programs and pursuits • Write proposals to win new business • Communicate technical information to potential customers in person or in writing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s/Phd degrees a plus) • Expert in one or more Advanced RF focus areas: Communication, Spectrum Awareness, Electronic Warfare, or Radar Technology • Knowledgeable on Digital Signal Processing and Machine Learning fundamentals • Able to leverage existing AI Coding Large Language Model tools in everyday workflow • Proficient in using Python to prototype algorithms • Knowledge of C++, C, Matlab, or VHDL is a plus • Exceptional relationship building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills • U.S. Citizen required • Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance • Ability to travel up to 20%
