📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations, from incubating ideas through GA and ongoing scale • Define and evolve product vision and strategy, synthesizing customer, market, and business signals into a roadmap • Define development work worth automating and requirements for teams to trust agents to run unattended • Own the integration surface, including third-party tools, partner development, API, and auth work • Research customer problems through enterprise account engagement, community feedback, and ecosystem analysis • Establish strong problem statements, crisp requirements, and clear execution while preserving speed • Lead executive roadmap reviews, product demos, and enterprise stakeholder discussions • Collaborate with PMM on licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products end-to-end, including at least 3 years on developer-facing or infrastructure products • Experience building products adopted by developers or platform and DevOps operators • Experience with developer platforms, CI/CD, workflow and orchestration systems, API and integration platforms, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud infrastructure • Experience taking an agentic or LLM product to production, including tool design and evaluations • Experience owning a platform, API, or extensibility surface used by others • Understanding of versioning, auth, and governance trade-offs • Proven experience taking a product from zero to GA • Experience shipping into enterprise engineering organizations • Strong technical foundation for credible collaboration with engineers and informed trade-offs • Ability to operate independently and set the agenda with minimal oversight • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and industry engagements
