📋 Description

• Provide contract support for Codera’s organization-wide activities • Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts • Manage the contract lifecycle, including maintaining contract templates and managing contract intake • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Report real-time contract status updates to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; paralegal or contract certification preferred • Minimum 4 years of experience in contracts management in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for Phase I-IV clinical studies preferred • Ability to understand and analyze contract terms, accurately identify and assess risks • High level of integrity with the ability to maintain the protection of proprietary and confidential information • Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and priorities
