📋 Description

• Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end, from strategy and prioritisation through specification, build, and launch • Define and maintain the product roadmap for financial partner integrations and direct banking rail integrations • Write detailed, buildable product specifications • Design user journeys and frontend experiences for payout and collections flows • Evaluate financial and banking partners across pricing, rail coverage, onboarding complexity, licensing constraints, and operational reliability • Lead new financial partner integrations from scoping and specification through engineering coordination and go-live • Understand flow-of-funds implications of financial partner and banking relationships • Stay current on the financial partner and payments infrastructure market • Collaborate with co-founders, Customer Operations, Engineering, Financial Partnerships, Compliance, and Legal • Surface direct client feedback on payout and collections UX to inform the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of product experience, with meaningful depth in cross-border payments infrastructure — payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and FP/banking integrations • Must have shipped both outbound payouts and inbound collections • Prior hands-on integration experience with payment infrastructure providers • Deep understanding of flow of funds, rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and how licensing affects what can be built • Opinionated about UX for a B2B payments ICP • Background at a licensed cross-border payments company or stablecoin payments shop at Series A–C scale
