📋 Description

• Engage regularly with internal and external customers to understand their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes • Build and maintain KPI reporting and analytics for product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and strategic goals • Facilitate feedback loops to quantify and report on the impact of platform initiatives • Enable sales, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand the capabilities, value, and direction of the Property Intelligence platform • Gather information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable product and organizational decisions • Build and maintain agentic workflows supporting the wider product management team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery practices • Experience gathering customer feedback and translating customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred • Ability to work with technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments • Experience working with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus
