📋 Description

• Execute brand events, including venue sourcing, vendor selection and management, budget tracking, timelines, and run-of-show development • Manage invite lists and RSVP tracking with internal teams • Coordinate conference presence, including booth logistics, collateral, swag, shipping, and hosted receptions • Plan and execute smaller-scale and regional activations, including campus events • Deliver post-event debriefs covering turnout, engagement, and improvement recommendations • Run the day-to-day ambassador community program, including onboarding, platform management, and engagement • Manage community communications according to a marketing-team calendar • Develop ideas to keep members engaged and activated • Source member stories, testimonials, and participants for content, press, and advocacy opportunities • Communicate and promote member perks, rewards, and incentives • Maintain member participation agreements and consent processes, and ensure content meets disclosure requirements • Report on community health and output, including participation, stories sourced, and downstream impact • Support referral, partnerships, brand, and other marketing initiatives • Manage swag sourcing, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• Several years running events alongside member or ambassador programs, ideally for consumer brands • Experience taking events from plan to execution while holding to budget • Ability to create detailed event plans that on-site vendors and team members can follow remotely • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong writing skills and ability to convey brand voice • Understanding of community engagement and trust-building • Familiarity with FTC disclosure rules for ambassador content, or willingness to learn them quickly • Willingness to support broader brand and marketing initiatives beyond core events and community • Ability to move easily between unrelated projects • Curiosity or interest in women's health and reproductive wellness is a bonus, not a requirement
