📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals while fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth • Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality, and utilization to meet client expectations and business objectives • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery, clear communication, and high client satisfaction • Lead project implementation by managing scope, timelines, financial performance, and quality deliverables • Document and communicate changes to project scope, costs, and deadlines • Serve as the CDI subject matter expert, evaluating project outcomes and balancing quality, client satisfaction, and profitability • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify client needs, develop solution opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth • Recruit, interview, onboard, mentor, and retain CDI talent • Collaborate with the CQR team to maintain quality standards and identify development opportunities • Represent UASI as a CDI expert through professional organizations, speaking engagements, networking, and other market-facing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Active CCDS credential • Minimum of 2 years’ previous management experience • Subject matter expertise specifically with CDI in a consulting environment • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff • Strong culture-building skills with the ability to increase employee engagement • Bachelor's degree preferred • RN preferred
