📋 Description

• Create and maintain automated test suites and test cases for continuous integration and delivery • Conduct manual and automated testing of REST APIs and user interfaces • Develop and enhance test-automation frameworks in Katalon, Groovy, and Java • Use AI/Copilot to help create and update automation testing • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications • Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and accessibility (508) testing • Collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and project managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality throughout the SDLC • Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous QA-process improvement • Ensure testing aligns with security protocols and organizational standards • Stay current on software QA, accessibility, and security best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of software QA experience, including manual and automated testing • Proficiency in Groovy and Java for scalable, reusable test scripts • Ability to adapt AI Copilot into automation test creation • Experience testing web and mobile applications • Familiarity with REST API testing and tools such as Postman • Proficiency in SQL and data integrity validation • Experience with accessibility testing tools and standards, including Lighthouse, Axe, JAWS, and NVDA • Strong understanding of Agile development environments • US Citizenship required • Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI) • Willingness to provide after-hours on-call support as needed • Ability to work independently and within a team
