📋 Description

• Own the Payments Infrastructure roadmap end to end, including routing across fiat and crypto rails, payment methods, risk and compliance checks, ledgering and settlement, and observability and operations tooling • Ship the instant funding stack across rails using risk-underwritten credit to deliver instant experiences • Drive global expansion into new countries and expand assets beyond stablecoins • Partner directly with enterprise customers and internal product teams to convert the roadmap into live customers • Build crypto infrastructure and payments infrastructure at scale for businesses worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on payments, money movement, or fintech infrastructure products at production scale • Demonstrated proficiency in fiat payment rails, including a strong grasp of ledgering and settlement mechanisms • Experience shipping API-first products where developers are the customer • Technical depth to earn engineering's trust on tradeoffs • Demonstrated ability to operate across compliance, risk, and legal constraints and turn them into product surfaces rather than blockers
