📋 Description

• Create short-form content end to end, from identifying moments in raw footage through selection, editing, hooks, captions, sound, and platform-native formatting • Scour streams, tournament footage, and ambassador and partner content to identify dramatic, tense, or humorous hands and reactions • Build a bank of usable material for current and future formats • Work to structural briefs covering hooks, pacing, and payoff placement • Apply feedback from weekly performance reviews to subsequent edits • Contribute stronger structural ideas where appropriate • Produce content across repeatable formats and series while maintaining consistency and freshness • Support campaign and promotional content for tournament series, product launches, and partner collaborations • Manage the edit pipeline and deliver reliably against the content calendar • Use AI and modern editing tools to improve speed or quality without compromising craft

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of short-form content produced that went viral or drove significant reach, ideally in iGaming, poker, or an adjacent space, with verifiable performance numbers • Ability to explain what made successful content work • Strong understanding of poker and compelling moments for poker audiences • Ability to identify valuable hands, coolers, bluffs, and reactions • Ability to independently source content from raw footage, including hours of streams or tournament footage • Understanding of hooks, pacing, payoff placement, sound, and captions • Understanding of how platform formats and audiences differ • Ability to produce content at speed and volume while maintaining quality • Ability to manage an edit pipeline against a content calendar • Fluency with modern editing tools and AI tooling
