📋 Description

• Act as the single intake point for all game and general security technology requirements going to Product and Tech • Own and prioritise the security technology roadmap covering RTA/solver detection, bots, collusion, account takeover, multi-accounting, KYC, and payment and bonus abuse • Write requirements, sign off releases, and measure each tool's impact • Lead build-versus-buy decisions on vendors and data sources • Manage and develop the game analyst team • Own workflows end to end, including triage, investigation, sanctions, confiscations, and appeals • Improve the current technology stack through better rules, thresholds, and automation • Track fraud trends in online poker and crypto gambling • Brief leadership every month • Coordinate threat handling with PRM, Support, Payments, BI, and Agents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in game integrity, fraud, or trust and safety • At least 2 years leading a team • Online poker or real-money gaming experience strongly preferred • Strong technical depth in SQL • Enough Python to prototype detection logic • Working understanding of how game servers, clients, and anti-cheat systems fit together • Hands-on knowledge of poker threats including RTA/solver use, bots, collusion, chip dumping, ghosting, and multi-accounting, and how they are detected • Track record of owning a tech roadmap, writing requirements, prioritising with engineers, and measuring results • Sound investigative judgment • Clear written evidence that holds up to player appeals • Experience with crypto payments, on-chain analysis, or AML is nice to have • Familiarity with GTO solvers and statistical or ML-based player profiling is nice to have • Experience with device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, or anti-bot vendors is nice to have
