📋 Description

• Support the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games and series • Support promotional activity including missions, Splash, leaderboards, tickets and CRM campaigns • Maintain back-office and in-client configurations accurately and on time • Complete QA, release validation and post-deployment checks • Learn and support tournament configurations including structures, payouts, guarantees, templates and satellites • Support operational requests and investigate or escalate issues when required • Build working knowledge across PRM tools and processes, providing cover across multiple operational areas • Support new poker features, formats and promotional mechanics as they are introduced • Keep operational documentation clear and current when processes change • Use AI and other tools to improve the speed, accuracy and quality of operational work • Respond flexibly to changing priorities and provide support where the team needs it most

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of online poker, including cash games and tournaments • Genuine interest in poker and how an online poker room operates • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Clear written communication • Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new software and internal systems • Comfortable using AI and technology to learn, solve problems and work efficiently • Able to take feedback, learn quickly and apply what you have learned • Reliable, adaptable and comfortable taking increasing ownership as your experience grows • Previous experience in online poker, gaming, technology or another live operational environment (nice to have) • Experience using operational or back-office systems (nice to have) • Familiarity with poker concepts such as rake, liquidity, satellites, tournament structures and player segmentation (nice to have) • Experience supporting CRM, promotions, leaderboards or reward systems (nice to have) • Experience with QA or testing digital products (nice to have) • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (nice to have) • Experience using AI tools as part of a regular workflow (nice to have) • Understanding of cryptocurrency or crypto-based gaming platforms (nice to have)
