📋 Description

• Provide customer service to owners seeking contract, file, or case status and progress updates • Support client requests, inquiries, or questions related to Title and Recording issues • Develop strong customer relationships through professional customer service and communication • Communicate properly with buyers and sellers throughout title changes and establish clear process expectations • Handle high call volume while providing an exceptional customer service experience • Receive inbound calls from owners, sales agents, third parties, and internal departments and provide accurate information about GVT services • Complete outbound calls to owners regarding their contract files or cases in system queues • Coordinate status updates and requests for recording or sales documents and title services • Maintain professional communication via phone and in person • Review and handle shared department inboxes for Transitions, transfers of ownership, and other title-related functions • Verify customer information and update system information as needed • Update systems with detailed comments regarding owner interactions • Input and update spreadsheets and other programs to track activity • Collect and process GVT fees and payments • Assist internal and external customers with resale transactions • Help with team member training as needed • Carry out reasonable requests from management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year of Customer Service Experience • Good written, verbal & communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure • Enthusiastic team player attitude • Solid and consistent customer service skills • 2 years of Customer Service in the Vacation Ownership industry is advantageous • Knowledge of documents required for a timeshare closing is advantageous • Detail oriented and basic skills with Microsoft Office software are advantageous
