📋 Description

• Manage multiple technical and digital marketing projects from planning through completion • Work with developers and technical teams to plan and execute projects • Understand technical requirements, workflows, dependencies, and implementation challenges • Translate client and business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks • Create project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Assign and manage tasks across developers and technical resources • Monitor progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues • Conduct technical project meetings and ensure action items and follow-ups • Coordinate developers, SEO, PPC, content, design, and account management teams • Review technical deliverables against requirements and specifications • Manage scope changes, priorities, risks, and technical dependencies • Communicate project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain project documentation and updates in Asana or other project management tools • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager • Digital marketing agency experience required • Proven experience managing developers and technical projects • Strong understanding of web development and digital marketing technologies • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of project dependencies, risks, scope, and technical requirements • Excellent English communication and client-facing skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience with Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong working understanding of website development and web technologies • WordPress and/or Shopify experience • APIs and third-party integrations • Website migrations and technical implementations • Technical SEO requirements • Analytics and tracking implementations • CRM and marketing technology integrations • QA, testing, and deployment workflows • Technical troubleshooting and issue management • Preferred: experience working with US-based clients • Preferred: Agile/Scrum experience • Preferred: experience managing website development, integrations, API, or marketing technology projects • Preferred: experience working with remote/distributed technical teams
