📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of small to medium-sized Technology projects • Lead custom software development projects, out-of-the-box solution implementations, and enhancements to existing software • Drive project activities through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying project methodologies and enforcing standards • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine and acquire required resources • Communicate the business case to project teams to support decision-making and prioritization • Act as liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership regarding project status, issues, and risks • Create and maintain project plans, including financial forecasting and tracking • Interface with technology and business organizations to agree on scope, obtain resources, and ensure preparedness • Review and evaluate work for quality, timeliness, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures • Communicate project status to Senior and Executive Technology Leadership and take responsibility for project success

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience • 3 years of project management experience required • Experience with Power BI preferred • PMP Certification preferred • Experience with Agile preferred • M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) experience preferred • Ability to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
