📋 Description

• Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to plan and deliver complex technical initiatives. • Coordinate work across multiple teams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies remain aligned. • Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects to successful completion. • Facilitate planning meetings, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team communication. • Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. • Continuously improve team processes to support efficient, predictable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience • Experience managing products with comparable scope, including multiple teams and complex stakeholder environments • Experience working on technical products such as platforms, infrastructure, DevSecOps, or internal tools • Familiarity with Agile project management principles • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Mural • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and ramp quickly in complex environments • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to coordinate complex technical work across multiple teams and stakeholders • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills focused on execution and outcomes • Comfort engaging with engineers and translating technical discussions for broader audiences • Collaborative, proactive, and able to independently drive work forward • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must currently reside in the United States or its territories • Must have resided in the United States or its territories for three of the last five years • Must have at least three years of professional experience
