📋 Description

• Lead large-scale manufacturing transformation projects integrating automation, equipment, and digital technologies • Drive projects from requirements definition and architecture development through integrator selection, implementation, and site deployment • Partner across Engineering, Operations, Digital, Facilities, Supply Chain, and technical expert teams • Coordinate equipment, controls, digital systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure changes • Manage system integrators and external partners to achieve technical, schedule, cost, and performance objectives • Communicate program goals, status, risks, decisions, and business impact across organizational levels • Deliver operational and financial improvements through standardized, scalable architectures and repeatable solutions • Support global teams and initiatives with schedule flexibility

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Experience leading large, complex technical or manufacturing projects from concept through implementation • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and technical experts across multiple organizations • Full-cycle project execution experience covering requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, integrator coordination, and stakeholder communication • Relevant manufacturing industry experience or experience in a closely related technical environment • Authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or qualifying immigration status for the role • Experience with manufacturing automation, industrial equipment, digital manufacturing, controls, or systems integration preferred • Experience contributing to or leading manufacturing modernization or transformation initiatives preferred • Experience selecting and managing system integrators, equipment suppliers, or external technical partners preferred • Systems-level thinking linking technical decisions to operational performance, scalability, and business value preferred
