📋 Description

• Lead a team of project managers delivering complex technology initiatives supporting business objectives and strategic transformation programs • Oversee a portfolio of IT projects, programs, and strategic initiatives • Align projects with organizational priorities and business objectives • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies • Monitor project performance and provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and outcomes • Drive execution of large-scale technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria • Communicate progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership • Facilitate governance meetings and steering committee reviews • Build cross-functional relationships to support collaboration and decision-making • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations • Drive continuous improvement to enhance project delivery effectiveness and efficiency • Implement project management tools, metrics, and reporting capabilities • Manage project budgets and resource allocation across the portfolio • Track expenditures, forecast costs, and ensure financial accountability • Support annual planning, budgeting, and capacity management • Evaluate vendor performance and manage external consulting engagements as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of progressive IT project or program management experience • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing project or program management teams • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives in complex enterprise environments • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills • Preferred PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification • Experience leading cloud migration, ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, or digital transformation programs • Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and reporting platforms
