📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IT projects throughout the project lifecycle • Lead projects from concept, planning, and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and closeout • Define project goals, scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables with stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports • Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign work, and secure resources • Monitor progress and performance indicators; identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications • Manage project scope and change control processes • Coordinate testing, implementation, training, and transition activities • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance, standards, and documentation requirements • Leverage knowledge of technologies, systems, and application environments to support technical discussions and project execution • Prepare project documentation, forecasts, executive summaries, and post-project evaluations • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among project teams and stakeholders • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related IT experience • Minimum of five years of IT project management experience, including at least two years managing digital financial projects • Experience serving as a Scrum Master; certification preferred • PMP certification preferred • Experience working directly with vendors • Ability to manage multiple moderately complex projects simultaneously • Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, task assignment, tracking, scope management, resource management, change management, and risk management • Strong technical background and ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder interests • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and project documentation/reporting tools • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build effective teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and manage resources within a matrixed organization • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and escalation management • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and frequently use a computer and office equipment • Occasionally move or lift items up to 10 pounds
