• Establish, maintain, and improve payer access for Enovis products • Drive business development, account development, customer satisfaction, client relationships, and account strategies • Achieve budgeted sales for assigned accounts and manage profitable growth • Partner with Account Executives and functional team leaders to expand business within an assigned territory • Identify business opportunities using industry knowledge, product knowledge, coverage knowledge, and contacts • Present sales and solutions in terms of customer ROI • Develop account strategies for long-term profitable growth • Assess competitive pricing and champion cost-reduction initiatives • Profile key payors, including coverage policies, utilization controls, review practices, timelines, and geographic influence • Expand Enovis penetration into existing accounts and identify additional services and customer value • Lead development and negotiation of payor contracts • Provide strategic insight on pricing and contracting initiatives with Marketing • Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish sales and profit objectives • Support functional teams on payor coverage policies and status • Identify competitive threats and develop response strategies • Create customer proposals covering scope, approach, and pricing • Collaborate with Service Leaders and P&L Leaders on proposal content • Monitor customer projects and participate in major quality reviews • Manage C-Suite relationships and negotiate high-risk solutions • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with customer executives and secure volume • Ensure client satisfaction and promptly address concerns • Coordinate and communicate regularly with leaders and Senior Management • Engage Medical Affairs resources compliantly to support product access • Maintain knowledge of third-party payor regulations and ensure compliant Revenue Cycle Management activities • Adhere to Enovis compliance, ethics, conduct, healthcare, privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements • Perform other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field required • Experience negotiating pricing and contracts directly with Payors required • History of achieving sales quotas and expanding customer relationships required • Experience presenting to and calling on executive-level C-Suite contacts required • Demonstrated success working with Payors required • Experience leading sales pursuits and/or customer engagement teams in a matrix environment • Knowledge of healthcare provider budgets, operations, and industry drivers • Understanding of computer system capabilities and provider software solutions • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time • Overnight, out-of-town stays are required for typical 1–5 day travel assignments • Must be able to travel by car and air on a routine basis • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and nongovernmental payer regulations • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, HIPAA, privacy, and security standards • Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship • Desired characteristics include negotiation/influence, risk-taking/judgment, technical skills, quality management, analytical skills, business acumen, initiative, industry knowledge, financial management, and strategic thinking
