📋 Description

• Lead upstream product development initiatives for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions • Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product requirements and development priorities • Drive collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from concept through launch • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses • Shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies with downstream marketing • Develop training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation • Provide product forecasts and collaborate with operations and supply chain on demand planning • Serve as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support • Support promotions, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools • Contribute to innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field • A total of 4-8 years in product management, product marketing or medical device sales • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing, equivalent experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for upstream product development exposure • Previous clinical exposure to/involvement in tech-enabled knee arthroplasty • Strong fluency in digital tools • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams • Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse market requirements • Ability to travel up to 40%, both domestic and International • Valid US passport, or ability to obtain one, and ability to travel without restriction within and outside the United States • Full-time work authorization in the United States, now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship
