📋 Description

• Own and evolve a prioritized product roadmap for Lumen’s commercial solar and storage marketplace • Shape features from discovery through implementation-ready prototypes • Connect Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to synthesize inputs and drive aligned decisions • Define success metrics before features ship and track post-launch results • Run continuous user research with building owners, solar developers, and internal stakeholders • Report directly to the Head of Engineering • Deliver an exceptional clean energy transaction experience for building owners and solar-and-battery developers • Help shape user research, product marketing, design, and UX practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth or startup environment • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product cycles from discovery through delivery and measurement • Fluency with AI-assisted product development workflows, including LLMs for prototyping, research synthesis, and spec writing • Strong visual and UX sensibility • Strong written communication skills • High agency and influence, including roadmap ownership and prioritization under resource constraints • Business acumen and ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes • Strong user research skills, including customer interviews and qualitative synthesis • US work authorization required • Unable to sponsor H1B visas at this time • Cover letter explaining how skills and past experiences translate to the role • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics (nice to have) • Experience in commercial real estate, legal tech, or other complex transaction-based businesses (nice to have) • Prior client-facing experience such as customer success or sales (nice to have) • Experience as the first or only PM at a company (nice to have)
