📋 Description

• Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap • Define value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases for platform capabilities and innovations • Balance customer outcomes with portfolio priorities, revenue impact, margins, and financial targets • Translate market requirements into clear product requirements using customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry acumen • Advise and influence stakeholders on platform and portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases • Create goal alignment and collaborate across value-chain partners to drive delivery, adoption, lifecycle management, go-to-market execution, and business outcomes • Potentially act as a project lead and provide assistance to lower-level professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study • 4+ years of work experience in a related field • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy, including AI-driven capabilities, and lead teams to achieve results • Strong business acumen using data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights • Skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis • Technical understanding and knowledge of the networking support industry • Ability to translate AI and cloud-based solutions into product-specific guidance and technical enablement for teams • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
