📋 Description

• Lead the full product lifecycle for PSA Vault and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems • Own daily operational support and systemic continuous improvements • Establish relationships with Vault Operations leaders and resolve issues or implement improvements in Vault tools and WMS • Own product vision and strategy for Vault and WMS • Improve inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy • Strengthen handoffs between Grading business lines, ProShip, and Vault WMS • Improve customers’ ability to track and move cards between vault, marketplace, and home shipment • Translate strategy into priorities, specifications, and user stories • Coordinate delivery across Vault, Grading, Shipping, Marketplace, and Operations • Define success metrics, implement tracking, run experiments, and make data-informed decisions • Resolve cross-system dependencies across the PSA enterprise • Communicate tradeoffs and align business, engineering, and operational partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management • At least 5 years working on Operations products related to Shipping, WMS, and/or manufacturing • Track record of shipping and scaling products with measurable operational and business impact • Senior IC experience at a high-growth company • Experience building and operating systems supporting physical operations at scale, including fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or supply chain platforms • Knowledge of receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory operations • Experience untangling multi-system flows across payments, logistics, risk, Grading, Shipping, WMS, and Marketplace • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data • Experience translating operational requirements into robust technical solutions • Ability to apply AI and automation to operational workflows • Ability to align executives, Operators, Product, and engineering teams without direct authority • Experience launching successful products end-to-end and managing requirements, development, testing, execution, and project management • Strong customer empathy for external collectors and internal Operators • Ability to travel 20%–60% depending on project lifecycle • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
