📋 Description

• Work on the Expand team to launch Ascertain into new product areas • Own which workflows to take on, their sequencing, and the product features required to deliver them • Spend time inside doctors’ offices observing manual workflows and identifying breakdowns • Turn customer observations into products usable by the next hundred customers • Start with prior authorization workflows and learn how the system behaves • Report to the product lead for Expand • Collaborate with engineers, a designer, product ops, forward-deployed engineers, and the implementations team • Own workflows end to end, including the practice outcome after launch • Run discovery and shadowing sessions to understand customer operations and prioritize what to build • Decide which build components become product versus custom solutions for individual practices • Design for future capabilities while determining where humans need to be involved today • Deliver value for partners while collecting data for future automation • Write acceptance criteria and own rollouts, including resolving issues that arise

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management where you set the roadmap • At least 2 years working on software sold into a single industry such as healthcare, legal, logistics, or construction • Experience replacing a manual process with software and shipping the solution • Experience leveraging data and feedback to drive product improvements • Ability to handle stakeholder pushback gracefully and build trust • Ability to identify technical approaches that will not meet customer needs and help identify alternatives • Ability to draft clear briefs, specs, and memos • Preferred: Prior authorization, revenue cycle, or specialty healthcare experience • Preferred: Early-stage startup experience • Preferred: Design or engineering background • Preferred: Experience shipping a product built on language models • Healthcare, revenue cycle, or prior authorization exposure • Experience with AI or LLM products
