📋 Description

• Identify customer needs, market signals, and improvement opportunities within the Intelligent Document Processing product area • Maintain assigned portions of the product backlog • Support the product roadmap and translate product vision into actionable work • Assess market opportunities using industry data and internal insights • Inform prioritization recommendations and contribute to business cases • Gather data, clarify requirements, and help evaluate options • Contribute to backlog prioritization aligned with program and business objectives • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and technical leadership to refine requirements • Participate in launch readiness with Marketing, Services, Support, Enablement, and Training • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and gather feedback • Support delivery of training sessions or demos under senior product manager guidance • Develop internal and customer-facing resources for new features and product updates • Apply data-driven insights to support product decisions and communicate findings across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Proven experience in technology product management, including product lifecycle management from conception to launch • Experience applying data-driven insights to support business or product decisions • Experience in business and spend analytics or product performance metrics • Strong knowledge of technology product management • Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle • Professional oral and written communication skills • Strong collaboration skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment • Proficiency in system analysis, procedure analysis, and problem resolution • Ability to influence and collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders • Experience participating in launch readiness activities • Experience coordinating with Marketing, Services, Support, and Enablement • Experience supporting training sessions or demos • Ability to develop and maintain internal and customer-facing resources related to new features and product updates • Passion for technology product management and commitment to staying current professionally
