📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy for the assigned product area • Own and prioritize a multi-quarter product roadmap • Balance customer value, business priorities, and delivery capacity • Build and present business cases for significant product investments • Lead voice-of-customer research, usage data analysis, and customer feedback loops • Track competitive and market developments and translate them into roadmap implications • Align with Content leadership on content strategy and product direction • Partner with Technology leadership to sequence delivery and resolve tradeoffs • Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority • Own adoption and business-impact strategy • Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Define and report KPIs and business outcomes to product and executive stakeholders • Informally coach other Product Managers on prioritization, requirements quality, and stakeholder management • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 7+ years of progressive product management experience • Experience owning a product roadmap or product line • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership • Ability to build product strategy from first principles using market analysis, competitive dynamics, and voice-of-customer research • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior Content, Technology, and business partners without formal authority • Comfort building and presenting business cases, including investment tradeoffs, to product and executive leadership • Ability to run and synthesize qualitative research alongside quantitative usage data • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, including presenting roadmap, strategy, and outcomes to executive audiences
