📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and development of Crown and Bridge customer experiences • Drive the roadmap for an assigned product area such as bridges, veneers, or chairside ordering • Translate complex internal CAD design processes into intuitive dentist experiences • Align CAD Engineering, ML, UX Design, and Manufacturing • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration • Plan rollouts, train teams, and adapt to production realities • Combine quantitative data and qualitative insight to measure impact and refine the product • Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and business leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management • Experience managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations • Experience with software experiences that influence real-world movement or a physical product • Comfortable moving from high-level strategy to detailed specifications • Strong end-user and clinical empathy • Experience in Dental, MedTech, or another operationally complex, technology-driven product is a bonus • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • LinkedIn profile required
