📋 Description

• Own the jobseeker messaging product domain and set portfolio-level KPIs • Decide which messages to send, to whom, when, how many, and through which channels • Optimize applications, job seeker activation and retention, unsubscribes, complaint rates, and revenue from email placements • Design, run, interpret, and resolve experiments with attention to long-term business health • Partner with engineering teams responsible for the messaging platform • Collaborate with recommendations and matching teams on ranking and match quality • Work with marketplace teams to influence supply and demand outcomes • Protect deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems • Represent the job seeker voice through user conversations, research, and messaging strategy development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in product management • Comfortable in SQL • Fluent in A/B experimentation • Experience owning email, push, or lifecycle messaging products at consumer scale • Understanding of engagement volume and user trust tradeoffs • Understanding of leveraging machine learning to solve user problems • Experience shipping product features powered by ranking, relevance, or recommendation models • Passion for speaking directly with users and conducting user research • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market stakeholders • Highly driven and able to work autonomously • Preferred: experience at a two-sided marketplace • Preferred: experience building message selection, frequency capping, channel orchestration, or growth/CRM automation systems at scale • Preferred: working knowledge of email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance regimes including SMS/RCS
