📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for Coinbase's notifications platform across push, in-app, and email channels • Drive measurable improvements in user engagement, activation, and retention through personalized, ML-powered notification strategies • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build relevance models that improve targeting precision and reduce notification fatigue • Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs to validate notification timing, content, and channel selection at scale • Shape long-term platform architecture supporting new channels, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization capabilities • Define the strategy for communicating with millions of Coinbase customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • At least 2 years focused on growth, engagement, or lifecycle products at scale (1M+ users) • Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features • Ability to partner with data science teams on model development and evaluation • Deep expertise in experimentation methodology, including designing A/B tests, defining success metrics, and interpreting results • Experience owning a multi-channel messaging or notifications platform, including deliverability, opt-in optimization, and frequency management • Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools • Ability to self-serve insights to drive product decisions • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
