📋 Description

• Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets and driving post-signup performance • Own and evolve the player segmentation framework using value, risk, and additional signals • Build an AI-native growth stack with analysis, agents, and automated pipelines • Design, size, specify, ship, and measure targeted offers and campaigns, including reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences • Analyze warehouse and on-chain data to identify patterns and turn them into campaigns • Expand player signals through on-chain activity, status-match programs, social account linking, and other sources • Run campaigns through email, in-app, Telegram, and other channels • Partner with engineering and design to ship repeatable product surfaces • Own a segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct exposure to the founding team

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine curiosity about why people behave the way they do • Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design • Experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces helps • Ability to independently produce clean cohort cuts from vague questions • Ability to use AI to write queries, build analyses, and automate work • High output with good judgment • Bias toward doing the work directly, including sending emails, running queries, and writing specifications • Comfort with ambiguity • Relevant background such as Growth PM at a data-heavy consumer company, MBB consultant moving into product, or product-minded data scientist/analyst • Experience with data-heavy consumer products, product growth, data analysis, or consulting is applicable
