📋 Description

• Manage the Faculty invoicing process, including processing and approving invoices, responding to Accounts Payable inquiries, processing faculty travel expense reimbursements, and reminding managers to approve invoices • Approve invoices in the Faculty management system (FDM) • Manage onboarding and offboarding for Becker Faculty • Issue contracts and statements of work for Becker Faculty and Curriculum SMEs • Maintain course content in SharePoint and FDM, including slide decks, student handouts, recordings, live webcasts, on-site engagements, and rebroadcasts • Schedule input for CPE courses and Exam Review LiveOnline classes • Assist with licensing and maintain faculty bios, state forms, and current faculty contact information • Grant Faculty access to software including FDM, LMS, Qualtrics, and Salesforce, and troubleshoot access issues • Learn and work within new software applications and systems • Adopt AI tools and apply them to improve day-to-day work • Process software license requests and renewals • Maintain accurate records and support the Senior Faculty Coordinator with reporting and process improvements • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Demonstrated experience providing excellent and timely customer service • Demonstrated experience coordinating a high-volume workload • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
