📋 Description
• Instruct assigned courses according to the provided course plan. • Actively engage with students online. • Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction. • Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives. • Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings and trainings as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required. • Active Georgia state specific real estate license (salesperson or broker) required. • Georgia Real Estate Instructor license required. • Previous instruction and/or training experience required. • Computer with an HD camera and microphone required. • Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required. • DREI certification preferred. • Schedule flexibility.
