📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls (est. 50/day) and digital outreach to patients, informing and educating how Colla Health’s platform serves as an extension to a partner practice’s care team • Manage inbound calls from potential patients • Achieve member enrollment goals as driven by company KPIs • Support patients by answering their questions, addressing concerns and providing guidance on how Colla Health can support them • Document all interactions and maintain timely, accurate records of patient outreach activities • Collaborate internally and externally with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure patients receive appropriate care and services

🎯 Requirements

• Outcome-driven, with high empathy and customer service orientation • Demonstrated success in an outbound-calling, high volume 1:1 interaction role, preferably enrollment-related • Experienced with remote work, U.S-based • Passionate about expanding behavioral health access to patients in need • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Creative, action-oriented, and someone who enjoys a fast-pace, evolving environment
