• The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high-quality customer service to our patients and visitors. • Provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders.
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred. • Proven customer service experience required. • Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
