📋 Description
• Act as the Superintendent's main point of contact for project needs • Track jobsite activities and maintain communication with superintendents • Manage rental orders for necessary equipment • Coordinate maintenance calls as required • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations regarding onsite facilities • Assist with payroll and travel arrangements for employees
🎯 Requirements
• Must effectively track and update superintendents on jobsite activities • Collaborate with multiple departments to support project needs • Ordering and tracking rental equipment • Communicating with mechanical and electrical superintendents regarding equipment needs • Track all equipment on rent, providing updated logs • Setting up accounts with local vendors for propane and waste management • Preparing expense reports and per diem for processing • Filing all timesheets and maintaining project records
